Background / Experience

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute for Turnaround. After qualifying with Price Waterhouse, Kevin moved into industry becoming CFO or CEO of a number of listed and private businesses.

Kevin has a broad base of experience having worked in food manufacturing, textile manufacturing, plumbing distribution and professional services consulting as well as lighting manufacturing.

M&A has been a theme in all the businesses he has worked in, having completed over 60 transactions from small private company acquisitions to the sale of a PLC.
