Neal is Research Manager of Technolink UK. His first experience in this field came whilst undertaking a Masters Degree project for a media company. Since then he has undertaken both industrial and media research projects on diverse subjects from rail track maintenance to archive documentary research. In carrying out much of this research Neal has gained significant expertise in the field of competitive intelligence and in particular the opportunities for research opened up by the “deep web.” He is currently running several projects for an international client base.

Neal is an elected member of the SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals).
