Highly experienced practitioner of World Class Manufacturing, has had 40 years solid practical experience in manufacturing, business strategy, and marketing.

His early career includes working for 'blue chip' companies Rolls Royce and G.E.C., focusing on production control, operations, and IT - specifically manufacturing control solutions and Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP).

He was Operations Director on the board of Reynard Aviation Ltd – a joint venture between Virgin Atlantic and Reynard Motorsport.

Prior to joining the Reynard Group he was an associate management consultant with accountants BDO Stoy Hayward, where he gained valuable 'sharp-end' experience advising, and working with, a wide variety of companies.

During this time he was also a visiting lecturer in Operations Management at Warwick University where he served as a business counsellor to small companies under the Business Growth Programme at the Business School SME Centre.

Glyn works with the SME manufacturing community and is a mentor to SME owner/directors. He has also managed a number of Supply Chain Improvement projects for some well known companies including Lotus Cars, Honeywell Aerospace, British American Racing, and Bulwell Precision Engineering.
