Dr Bill Bolton is an international consultant in enterprise development and entrepreneurship. He has held a personal UNESCO chair in Innovation and Technology Transfer and has authored three books: “The University Handbook on Enterprise Development” (1997), “Entrepreneurs: Talent, Temperament, Technique” (2000, 2nd edition, 2003) and “Entrepreneurs in Focus – achieve your potential” (2002).

Bill is an engineer by profession with more than twenty-five years experience in business and industry. He also has a strong academic background having taught engineering at Cambridge University. He was the founding Director of the St. John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge and has been a director of a seed capital fund.
